Become a Performer

• Must be over the age of 21 

• Have a social media presence. (over 500+ followers)

• Reliable transportation and able to provide own equipment for your services 

• Willingness to pay $25 Application Fee. (Unless offering services as a Sponsor)

• Willingness to promote leading up to event, during and after event.

• Performers Must identify within the BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ communities.

• Performer insurance is encouraged. However a Liability Waiver must be signed.

• Must be willing to sign several contracts, provide personal information, emergency contact.

• Be able to attend Rain or Shine! 

 As a nonprofit event with no admission fee, we view this as a team effort to support our endeavors, and we hope you can honor this mission to mutually succeed!

The application fee helps fund our efforts to support performers, including promotional activities, content creation, and other services or accommodations that benefit our performers.

If performers fulfill their commitments in good faith, as outlined in the signed contract, and arrive 15 minutes before their assigned event, they will be reimbursed the application fee after the event.

 Our VIPs, also known as Special Guests, are invited to attend the weekend festivities. We collaborate with highlighted visitors for promotional and marketing purposes to build community engagement. We offer various publicity opportunities, as well as lodging and transportation coverage. We typically seek individuals who can strengthen our attendance or those who, despite modest numbers, deserve to be seen. We look for individuals who align with the goals and vision of RealmScape and Night Grove Ball. Application fee is waived. We provide a Free 6x6 plot table. We expect special guest to provide your own banners or any other material to promote their brand. 

We accept all forms, genres and styles of performance as we believe in promoting all skills of dance as unique expressive art! Our key brand is be educational and universal experience. Once you submit your application, we decide what best fits in a collaborative conversation! Deciding between being a Panel, a workshop,

 We are looking for performers who can entertain a general audience,  including families or young children. We are always looking for photography assistance or any volunteers. We seek individuals who fit or get excited about the aesthetic and mission of RealmScape, such as those with a renaissance, fantasy, or culturally spiritual style.

Anyone under the age requirement as a hired performer, or performer slots filled  is welcome to join the free Talent Show at the event.

You can also become a panelist or host a workshop. Workshops can be dance-related, arts and crafts, or a conversational panel.

If you can juggle, perform on stilts, sing as a bard, magician, interactive actors, tell stories, or blow bubbles – we want you! 

 To be considered as an entertainer for Night Grove Ball, applicants must be 21 years of age or older. While we welcome performers of all levels, we prefer those with a certain level of experience and a strong performative reputation that aligns with our growing presence in the entertainment industry.

Night Grove Ball operates on a commission-based compensation model. Performers may be required to audition after submitting their application (by video or in-person), and may also need to rehearse with the stage manager and other performers prior to the event. This ensures that all acts align with our vision and aesthetic. We cannot pay anyone over the pay rate of $100.00 maximum for the few paid slots we may offer. We encourage applying as early as possible. If we are full, you may get on our waitlist. Performers that participate and give additional time are welcome to collect tips and pay it forward to our cause. By 03-16-2025 our application closes for performers. Every year we open as early at the first new year as we are a bi-yearly event. 

The event draws its inspiration from the Elven King’s exclusive Mythic Strip Club or Mythic Sexy Circus, inspired by the viral video of King J’vonte's. This concept has evolved into a unique, immersive experience that goes beyond the traditional Fairytale Gala.  We welcome all body types, as our vision is to showcase body confidence. Our goal is to create a pleasurable and positive experience for both our performers and audiences, while supporting a good cause. Typically, the Ball serves as a fundraiser for organizations within the communities we support and that are in need during current state of our country. 

We embrace a broad range of performances, welcoming acts from various genres, including the elegance of belly dancers, burlesque, boylesque, aerialists, pole dancers, flow artists, and go-go performers. We also encourage Drag Kings and Drag Queens to join us as part of the event's vibrant diversity.

Performers have the flexibility to either create visuals and ambience as a way to work the floor or stage platforms throughout the event or prepare a 6-minute set to rotate with other performers and collect tips. To enhance the experience, we offer free drink coverage and, in some cases, food, lodging, and additional reimbursements.

For bands and musicians, it is important to note that performers will need to provide their own equipment. However, Night Grove Ball will provide stage lighting, a PA system, and one microphone for use during performances.
