The exception to this rule is when you are a VIP guest who was requested to attend and sell with us. Table Vendors will get a 10x10 and Electricity access. All food related vendors MUST provide copy of the proper Food Licenses and Certifications to sell food or beverages to patrons. Required to offer a 1 onetime Meal comp to working staff or Volunteers. Instructions to arrive and depart will be different apart from other Vendors to assigned event. $130.00

The Night Grove Ball is held at a separate venue from the Festival.
May 22nd Vendor Applications will be closing up, to prepare all the logistics of approved Vendors. We have 75+ slots that will fill up quick! After that, we provide a automatic waitlist for any new Vendors once we're full. We usually fill up two months prior before event. Don't wait!

Our demographic, while not widely recognized, considering ourselves new and branching off as a DIY, sets us apart from most magical events, giving us a unique edge. We believe strongly in the importance of strategic promotion to expand our reach:
Over the years, our growth has been remarkable, with attendance increasing every year. Our inaugural event in May 2022 attracted 300 attendees, including vendors and performers. In 2023, we moved to a newer and bigger location with a pool, where Friday remained a slower day, but Saturday saw a significant surge in attendance, more than making up for it! Our Venue has special hours due to their service to the community and we have to respect those hours due to limited budget. We are a rain or shine event! With your investment, it provides alot of ammunition! We are always grateful of event earned support.
Fae-tastically friendly of course! RealmScape Festival is an inclusive space where our mission focuses on uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities within the realms of culture and magic! However, we are also proud to welcome amazing allies who identify differently. This event was created not as a political stance or a critique of other events, but as a celebration of those who are or identify differently that felt invisble or forgotten. It provides an opportunity for individuals to connect, learn, and grow, fostering access to valuable resources, building lasting friendships, and creating a sense of familiarity that extends well beyond the festival itself!
The festival also aims to provide opportunities for those who may not have the means to attend larger, more distant events, such as Renaissance fairs. By hosting the event locally in Baltimore City, we make it accessible to all. Support Accessibly needs such as no stairs and providing gender neutral bathrooms. To ensure everyone leaves with a memorable experience, we encourage vendors to offer complimentary gift, so attendees have a unique keepsake to remember the event and your shop! Dress-up and pose for pictures!
RealmScape Festival is a wholesome, family-friendly event that resonates with the kid-at-heart spirit in all of us. It offers a space that BIPOC communities have longed for, where attendees can connect and share common interests. For our LGBTQ+ participants, the festival similarly provides an inclusive environment, with access to fantasy and fandom art that more authentically represents their orientations.
Vendors are encouraged to showcase their products or services with confidence. If you feel self-conscious about certain items, consider offering a playful demo or placing sensitive products at a higher, more discreet display.
"What kind of Food?"
While faefolk may be known for eating grass and merfolk for bubbles, we encourage vendors to bring cultural foods that enhance the diverse learning experience. That said, traditional street food is always a safe choice. We’d love for your menu to accommodate various dietary needs, though it’s not required. From vegan to carnivore, gluten free is a bonus we want to offer something for everyone. We do ask that you avoid serving pork, as many attendees, due to spiritual practices, prefer to refrain from it. Get creative and festive with your offerings on your menus. They will be featured throughout the event.

These prices includes as a Two-Day event ( Friday & Saturday). Prices may vary, if you need access to electricity or extra space. This event will facilitate no more than a 6x6ft plot. Free Ball tickets included! Vendors are welcome to sell at the Night Grove Ball.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY TABLES, TENT, CHAIRS OR ANY EQUITMENT TO TABLE AT EVENT.
Festival & Ball is indoor. However there are some outdoor spaces you maybe placed at the festival.
